My first bet would have been Main South CDC, who already owns 90 Grand Street. At the same time they have alot on their plate right now. That said it is still 50/50 that it will be Main South CDC.
There is no doubt, however, that the winning bid will be some type of low income housing development with a non-profit at least being a partner so they will be able to utilize EPA clean up funds and not have to pay the monies back.
