Serioulsy, you ever been this bad before at this time of the year? you think maybe the first 5 weeks of spring being cold and delaying the tree buds could be adversely affecting you?
1) saline nasal spray like ocean or store brand from walmart or cvs.
2) generic claritin. 100 pill bottle from BJ's.
3) if it gets completely plugged or post-nasal drip, pop some 400 mg Guiffenesin tablets - generic from Walmart. Same ingredient as Mucinex or Robitussin. Use the plain variety, not CF or DM.
4) wet cloth over your face to filter the pollen. Extra showers
You've got a store full of medicine.
