How about we start a pool picking the date that City Sq. demo actually begins. i.e. the day the rubber meets the road and teh 1st piece of equipment starts nibbling away at the project.....even it's interior demo work
Should it be $10 or $20 "per square"
Bill will be the custodian of all moneys and .....the judge........all decisions of the judge are final....no instant replay appeals.
UNUM @ City Square will be announced by December 15th of this year. What a great Christmas present it will be for the city. Demolition (probably interior initially) will begin almost immediately after the announcement. Seeing Jahn needs a specific date, I'll go with March 2, 2009 (seeing the 1st is a Sunday).
Can we work it like the Price Is Right where it is closest without going over? If we do that I would win for sure by just betting September 1st 2008 due to the predictions of all the Negative Nancies who visit this blog.
Except for David Z who might be even more positive than I am about the whole thing.
