Hey Bill I have a question, and this is an honest question.
Do you see any difference between affordable housing and section 8 housing?
For instance, just 4 short years ago I would have been eligible to live in the Burwick building and having seen one of those apartments just the other day, I will tell you they are absolutely gorgeous.
One of the reasons you haven't seen me post a whole lot lately is I am trying to figure out how to word my flip flop concerning the Chevalier building on Water St.
I talked to the developer of the Burwick mydelf on Monday and was told $33,000 a year gets you into that building. If I were a recent college graduate I would be salivating over living there.
