I checked out their website and I could really rip much its content & its logic, as well as they should have a professional writer review thier output, just as I should review my typing and grammar, but I am a mere mortal silly bloggaaaah.
a CVOUPLE OF ITEMS HAVE ME SCRATCHING MY head....
The graph they present is supposed to be a one of revenue, yet at least one and maybe even two of its "revenue" cataegories are listed as "income". That's like calling me Bill. Two different thingies. Mixing apples & oranges.
Then there's the facade program and their "over the top appraoch" to keeping Piedmont livable and nice area (which i applaud)...but how in God's name do they reconcile the condition of their site on Mason St (Old Institutional Linens) with their quest to "re-facade" the hood. The site has had all kinds of overgrowth on it now for 3 years, clearly a violation of the citys nuisance ordinance (enacted 2008). Surely WGC jests about presenting nice "facades" and curb appeal. But should WGC need a nuisnace ordnace to mandate them to basically mow thier own lawn..........given their alleged concern about the Piedmont hood. "Do as I do, not as I say"
Fuuny part is that WGC has allegedly ratted out private landlords in their hood.........go figure....meanwhile where do their employees toss their cigarette butts ????
