Marketing Worcester

We should market the fact that any developer can come to Worcester and work with our non-profits to access free grant monies from the EPA.     Very simple:

1. Deed property for $10 to the non-profit
2. They will apply for the EPA grant monies
3. When the project is done they will deed the property back for $10
