Bill,
I think you're going the wrong direction with your requests.
All the things you've asked for are public records.
You need to find out who the correct person to ask for these records is. I doubt it's the Commission Chairman.
You should start at the city clerk's office and work your way from there.
You may need to file a Freedom of Information Request with the DOT to get that report.

Agreed.. My thoughts were to work with the airport commission.
If this does not work then I will pursue other avenues.
Thanks
Bill
PS Good to have you back.
Bill,
When Nemeth bashed you in the Telegram, one of his comments was that you didn't go through proper channels.
The function of the Airport Commission is not to respond to every request made by the public. I believe the commission reports to the city manager, who, in turn, reports to the city council.
On November 27, 2005
You said "I have asked Chairman Nemeth to place the following three questions on next month's agenda"
Two months later you still haven't received an answer.
When will you agree that this avenue doesn't work?
(I suspect it's because they're embarrassed that they are using the money to advertise on pizza boxes)

Bill, now you are having conversations with non-entities. Is that productive? You both know where City Hall is, right? Head on over on Monday, as I myself have done, and get your answers. Oh, but only one you can show your face in public, so, Bill, I guess you'll be making THAT trip.
