All we can say re Businesses leaving Worc is.........More Gone.
And would you believe I dont actually blame the city .........it's a just a national & international trend....as businesses move the place that are least expensive to do business ........it could be China, Mexico North, Carolina or Arizona....but
When business does leave Mass amd moves to less expensive environs w/in USA.........then I get upset with the state....and the high cost of doing business here
Where dO I start..

2. Costly Workmens comp
3. Costly Vehicle Insurance
4. Police details
5. Gov't employees who have their own separate and wasteful disabilty programs as opppsed to other states whose gov't employees are covered by workmens comp system.....yup.....even cops & firmen in other states have the same WC program as factory workers, truck drivers, etc.....why not??
Wanna build a walmart in Worc................red tape galore................wanna re-build a high Class theater.........es no problemo !!!!........Worc will give ya Millions...and make the non theatre going local taxpayers pay for it............eXTORTION BY ANY OTHER NAME !!!
pEOPLE HAVE TO REMEMBER that if co's dont move to the lower cost areas.........then evetually thay just go outta business....business are jus t like families..........i.e. they have to shop around for the best deals.........or go belly up
