Comments from the Count

The two comments from the Count, founder of the StuckinCow blog, posted on Wild Will 's blog Sunday were forwarded to me and I posted below in bold.      I am confused...
  1. The Count says that the person he is defending was only the administrator of his blog (StuckinCow) and that person did not actually write anything.
  2. Then the Count says he wants to come out of the closet, but the person he is defending (the administrator of the blog) will not let him.
Assume for a second you are only the administrator of a blog, aren't you just as responsible for the posts as the person who actually wrote them?    More importantly, why would you not let someone who wants to reveal themselves do it?

1)  The Count said...       As is typical is a typical slogan in Worcester close but no cigar. scooby doo and shaggy found a family friend of mine.  I would like to apologize to P---- for being dragged into this.  In truth P---- is a family friend of mine he helped me set my profile up and introduced me to the Worcester blogs.   I am deeply saddened by the fact some nut job was willing to post this with so little evidence.  I have spoken to P----- apparently Paulie threatened him on Facebook a few nights back. I asked him to close everything down for a while until we could straighten this out.      So Paulie to you I will quote Mr Welch at the McCarthy Hearings  "Let us not assassinate this lad further, Senator. You have done enough. Have you no sense of decency sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?"  You want me not Peter. So come on big man have some class and check you facts              Monday, December 26, 2011

2)  The Count said...     I would also like to add that I was planning on coming out on your blog today. However P------ has asked I not.   He is great kid who didn't deserve this. I can't stress this enough.    Monday, December 26, 2011

Bill, I'm serious. Slap this loser with a lawsuit and shut him down.

Defamation is actionable. When he publicly accused you of criminal activity (selling alcohol to minors), he opened himself up to civil liability.

Bill... isn't it a little ironic that Peter chose Willie's blog to send his message to stop the personal attacks. Willie's entire blog attacks people personally. Then he sends the people he attacks a link to his ravings. Imagine if people like this put their obvious spare time into doing good things. The world would clearly be a better place.

Bill:

If you and Paulie are Scooby Doo and Shaggy, does that now make Willy ...'Oscar the Grouch' ?!?!?!

I am just now reading last weeks Womag. I dont read it that often.

Couple items caught my eye in the weekly Woo Town Index column.

"The city's ban on blunt wraps......withstands its first legal hurdle......good on the citys pocketbook" I assume this means the Citys ban on blunts has been upheld. The WOMAG WRITER gives this +1....saying it's ...."good on the city's book pocket"....huh??? How is this good for the city's pocketbook? Color me confused, but not stoned.

Woo Town Index goes on to report Haller, Smith, & Clancy do their last city council meeting. Womag gives this a zero.....LOL....interesting ....THE GOOSE EGG, NADA, ZILCH....neither a plus nor a minus?? Gotta read between the lines on this one. Myself, I give it a +10 to be rid of these three.

Woo Town Index then goes on to mention the 2nd trial for an accused who apparently randomly stabbed a woman over 100 times on Lancaster St in 2008. What they never seem to mention is that this accused person allegedly couldnt get into a certain halfway house that day, then went a couple miles away from the halfway house and just did an alleged random murder. Womag gives it a -3. I give it a -10. HOw would some of you folks feel if a woman close to you succumbs to 100+ allegedly random, multiple stab wounds allegedly by an individual who could not get into a certain Worc halfway house that fateful day in 2008.

(Update ..this 2nd trial ended in a mistrial as well. The issue being the mental competency of the alleged murderer. SO now it's looking like a Hattrick, assuming a 3rd trial takes place. So maybe a -3 is the correct Woo Town Index metric? )

Is it time to have a 40b type law that would limit the number of halfway houses in a municipality? If the low income housing limit is at 10% (NEVER ACTuaLLY ENFORCED, ESP. IN mILTON :) ), then shouldnt we also have limits on halfway houses, which just like low income housing, drag a city down with their Pajama People demographic.

Then finally in Womag last week there is Gary Rosen and I agree with what he infers... that CC Palmieri shouldnt be re appointed to city Health & Human services Committe. And OMG he says the CC'or has a Napoleon complex and goes on to mention Yellow Boxes. He must be reading me on here lately? :)
