Is this the proposal:

Desr prospective Restaurateur:

We have the perfect sopt for you to open a restaurant. It lacks bathroom facilities, is over-priced, and is located in an airport that should be closed.

We are wasting three and a half million dollars a year keeping this place opened, and want you to pick up a substantial portion of that.

Please reply immediately.

Come on... No place to eat on the West Side... McDonalds, Friendly's???

Nice quaint place from someone with a little imagination can not attract from the West Side, Allegiant flyers and general aviation.

Last I heard it would cost $300,000 to outfit the required rest rooms for a restaurant to operate at ORH. They would have to have full parking lots for twenty years to pay for that.

Why could you not use the bathrooms downstairs??? What about a Starbucks on the hill???

Obviously parking would have to be free but I feel a Starbucks type of operation at the terminal with free WiFi has possibilities?

Many beleive at YNG a restaurants helps the General Aviation and I agree.

The FBO here runs our's but its closed; sometimes open before charters...
