I have asked Chariman Nemeth to put the following two items to be placed on the agenda:
1) Please make the most recent qtrly report to the DOT detailing how the $455,000 Small Community Air Service Grant has been spend to date part of the minutes of the Airport Commission monthly board meeting.
2) Please make the monthly parking reports from LAZ mgmt part of the minutes of the Airport Commission monthly board meeting.

We do not know this yet.. The minutes of the December meeting will not be available to us until they are approved at the January meeting. Technically we should be able to get them before then and merely have them marked "not approved yet".
Putting that aside I simply resubmitted the DOT qtrly report request on the $455,000 of grant monies just in case it was not brought up in December. The monthly parking report from LAZ is a new request.
For the record, everytime we have asked anything to be put on the agenda, it has.
Bill, if the Commission is so responsive to you, ask them to deliberate on the issue of city employees being appointed to their group. We've already approached the city, but have had minimal response from them, and nothing concrete. I have been working on getting agendas, mtg dates /times, and all Minutes on the city site. If anyone wants to help, CALL the City Manager's office (799-1175) and politely ask for these additions.
