WTH DO I EVEN BEGIN WITH THIS PIP ISSUE?

c. is known to house twice the 88 number on cold winter nights
WILL NOW BE TRANSFORMED IN TO A 25 BED FACILITY.
SORRY, I WENT TO WORC PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND i JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND THESE LOGISTICS OR MATHEMATICS.
And the folks who run this city wonder why murders are going up...surely they jest?
