Speaking of lots or even parking lots, how long is the city going to allow the Hadley Building to NOT complete their parking lot on Madison St. The Hadley has been occupied now for about 3 years give or take and yet they seem to be allowed to function with an Occupancy certficate for a property that was not built out per the plans. IN fact is there any parking at all for the Hadley?
$514,000 per apt to built this palace and they cant even give ya a parking space? Also what is up with 1st floor commercial space? Guess I cant blame anyone for not renting at that location esp. with not parking on site?
