It is expired September 1st, Remember this (the TOC) gave them 2 years to get their house in order to take title to the property that they won in Janaury of 2008. Are we putting the property back out via an RFP?
Nope, I heard that we have given Pharmasphere more time. Three years this January and we have nothing . Not the dollar for the winning bid, not one penny in property taxes and not one job.

having 11 bosses who are not on the same page about anything, as well as

Bill, like me, you're beating too many dead horses.
Is this city owned property over grown to extent of 12 inches or more of cannibus?.
Unfortunatley, the terms of these RFP's allow the parties, if mutual consent prevails to do just about whatever they want.
I seeem to recall after wyman gordon razed their building on Madison Avenue the City council was all over them about the vacnt property. .the problem being it was vacant and they didnt like it....clearly none of the council business..........then i think i heard grumblings again a few months ago............yet Farm-asphere continues to plow the city and the tax payers on this deal.
I have a double saw buck that says Jim McGovern has his hands in this.
