I flew in last night from Myrtle Beach. Nice quick flight great new plane and not having to drive more than 5 minutes to my house was awesome! I would say the plane was 80-85% full. I hope my can see some daily shuttle service to JFK or PHL and I will always fly from Worcester.

went to myrtlebeachgolf.com and typed in worcester in search section. looks like mostly travel agents not to happy with service in comment section. regular passengers seem happy with the service though

Tim: What aircraft flies to Myrtle Beach... Airbus or DC-9?

I thought it was going to be the DC-9 but it was the A319 both ways.

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics has published the figured for November and December of 2008:

Nov In Pax/Load: 588/44%
Nov out Pax/Load: 473/35%
Dec In Pax/Load: 1857/50%
Dec Out Pax/Load: 1393/37%

Virgin Atlantic is the only carrier reporting operations in or out of ORH for Nov and Dec.

It seems when the Virgin Air birds come on in for a landing they take a path that brings them right over my place as well as Randell's Package Store (plug plug).

Yesterday I just so happened to be enjoying some afternoon sun and wind on the roof when the plane was coming on in, I had my camera with me so I took a few clicks!
