Calling all bloggers

  • Last week there was a bus trip to Beacon Oread to see all the affordable housing projects.
  • Tomorrow there is a tour though Oak Hill.
  • This week there is another ribbon cutting, 2nd maybe 3rd, for City Builders.

We need some name suggestions for this tour.   I came up with, instead of Paulie's NOLA Fest we could call it Worcester's NO-LO Fest.   We could even sell t-shirts, free to those are of no-lo income, listing the dates of the various stops on the bank with the picture of pajamas on the front.

So dare I ask why all these Green Enviro - Folks would ride a Bus to tour low income neighborhoods..and I dont give a rats gluteous maximus if it's a battery powered bus ora hybrid bus.

They should all spend a few hours and walk these hoods.......what are they afriad of.......calloused feet, losing a pound or 2, Murray's hair may get wind blown & tussled?..............or maybe they are afriad to wakl these hoods that they have created b/c they are donw right scared of low income areas?

I'd be curious to know if they bring along a police escort on these tours or do they have one standing by 2 blocks away.

Paulie I needed u thsi morning..........i was lost in Somerv, Camb, and Medford........did find a nice local donut shoppe in Medford on Mystic Highway. Demtz(?)Donuts. Great local flair to that place.
