Do we know exactly how many parking spaces were waived so WCG could erect this parking-less commercial & residential structure? I do know it's 2 parking spaces per residential unit (in most cases)

WGC s/b renamed Worc Communist Grd b/c it apppears they just want to take via a sense of entitlemnt what ever want w/o re: private land and property rights. Witness the orange 100 foot snake at Main and May St opposite Dunky as an example.

Sooooooooo...that's the end of this isue right? MMMMMMMM...eye sure hope sew. Butt hear's a faaah fetched but possibell scenario. The WGC's parkingless edifice creates such a dangerous situation at Main & Piedmont that the city takes Piedmont Ct via eminent domain then turns it over to WCG for $1.00? Unthinkable right??...well think agian............ever hear of New London Ct and Kelo vs New London......if ewe half naut herd of it.......then shurelee yew have heard of Google.

I got an idea...how about we go up to the north Holden St area and start taking a few nice residential side streets...........what's good for the gooose...........and please stop tossing cigarettes butts all over the Chandler Pleasant area and please dont toss any butts into the old Mason St Linens site this summer, b/c we're down to 3 men per, in July & August.


BTW just an side, but what hell kind of urban planning do you call something like this situation? How about no urban planning. And I cannot get a variance for 2 parking spaces that are each undersized by 8 sq ft per parking space........priceless.
