"The agreement requires the city to assume liability for unknown contamination at the airport for a period of 20 years"

It’s been nearly a year since I wrote about the problems that come from
having 11 bosses who are not on the same page about anything, as well as

SOOOOOOOO .... wasnt there some bravado awhile back about our great bond rating......nothing like unknown pollution issues to taint your bond rating.afterall the initial BP dont exactly stand for Bonded Pollution.
Wonder if we have at least some insurancein place to cover this contingency.
Sorry but this just points to our absolute desparation to find a suitor for the airport.
Sooooooooo ...when can I expect that Name to Boston/Massport Metro airport...which idea was bandied about maybe 3 years ago??????
I tell you... just wait until Massport starts flexing their eminent domain muscles. As i said before some frenchmens graves will have to be reloacted
Speaking of E.D. (eminent domain).........what happens over at the new CSX yard if some many private owners (are there 13 of them?) balk at being takne via ED?
Now my understanding is that it well founded law that RR's may take via ED. BUT..that being said some property owners may fight it. Don't laff. For about 8 to 10 years back in the 70's & 80's an elderly woman (cranberry farmer?) in the Bourne/Wareham area held up what is the last 7 MILES OF Rte 25, the final major highway link from I 495 to the Cape Cod Canal area. Rumor had it she could have held them up longer, except failing health was adversely affecting her.
So I ask you Mr Murray and Coupe Deval, how fully complete is this rail expansion project. Hey Tim...maybe about as complete as your City Sq undertaking. Hey Deval...maybe about as complete as my property tax decrease...Never ever trust these Beacon Hill gypzies until the "check actually clears"
