Pharmasphere HUD Loan

Think anyone will ask about the status of the Pharmasphere HUD Loan???
By the way the grass has not been cut there all year, turning into a jungle.

Today (6-16) I noticed Guys Goods Guys(gals too) thwacking all the zillions of huge locust weeds,8-10 ft tall, at the bottom of Providence St where it meets Coral St. I believe if I am correct in my thinking that these are locust weeds that these huge weeds with hollow stems eventually grew in to trees.

Kudos to Guy and his Good Guys (minimum security types I assume) for a job well Dunne. Worthy of note is the Good Guys arrive in a white van vs. the darker colored vans used to tranpost prisoners. Slick marketing the Guy....the goods guys arrive in a white van ...!!!!! Also worthy of note is the lack of a police detail at a busy interesection......meanwhile over off Hamilton on a leafy side street is a 1 man "safety" detail staring into a trench.

Why cant Glodis's Guys do sidewalk re-constr. work? I'll betcha that the Worc County H.O.C. has more tradesmen in house than the Worc. fire dept does. Why are Guys Guys limited to thwacking brush, cleaning up The Hand It Over B.B. Stadium, and on occasion painting a school?

I mean drunk drivers and a few stoners are harmless enough criminals. Let's put them to work more often at less mundane and more meaningful tasks and they can also get their muscles all tanned up and check out the babes, too.. Everyone comes up a winner..............except the SEUI

I wonder if someone called in those 8 foot locust weeds/trees to the city nuisance dept? Heck you dont even need a tape measure to see that they are taller any Celtics player.

Signman dont ever believe what these folks at 44 Front St tell you.

EONs ago (no pun) I inquired about a lot the city owned and I was referred to what at that time was the equivalent of neighborhood services dept. I was told in no uncertain terms the lot would be put out to bid in the not too distant future and to watch the newspaper re an auction.

Fast forawrd to about 18 months... I call them up to see whats up with that lot. SOB's sold the dam lot to either Main South CDC or East Side CDC. without an auction. I said I thought u have to put it out to auction. Yes that's true they told me, but not if the assessed value is below a certain amt...$25,000 i think it was.....long story short...the under handed city dept had the assessed value purposely lowered so they could off load to Main South CDC/Eastside for short money. Basically the city left 1000's of dollars on the table.

When I had the audacity to tell them they previously told me IT would go to auction...they basically told me FU......plans do change sometimes.

Frankly I cannot wait to see some (more?) head(s) roll in that dept. and I will openly admit that the terms retribution & revenge come into play. What goes a round comes and it will not be the first time I was wronged by a city dept only to see the person doing the "wronging" get ++++canned over other issues. One just cannot afford to fight cityhall.
