Speaking of giving things away, I think we need an update on what's going on (not?) up on airport hill?
How's that name change to Boston-Metro west Airport coming along?
Bill I was cruising yo hood the other day going over to K&M to pick up some ceeeeement blocks and could not help but think to myself... OMG that old Standard Foundry site is really a decent sized parcel...I wonder how many CDC's are oragasming over the possibly of getting their NOLO hands on that?
How many Mcgovernite voters could they squeeze onto that?
BTW...whats going on with South Neighborhood Center and the old City Builders supply lumber yard site......last I knew the old structures were still standing...????? Ditto's for Cambridge Hacker St's umits.......are they still 84% vacant.....Jesuits still picking up the monthly nut from BankNorth??.........maybe their money would be better spent helping out the old ladies over on Edward St??? Seems they got bad habits when it comes to handling $$$$$ (or the lack thereof). I know 2 Catholic contractors who are into that job.......
Full moon tomorrow night, Paulie.......you and Buddy going to be howling???
