What am I to do with you? I will leave it up to you either pay off your debt at the end of the month or we go double or nothing for UNUM to have signed a deal by the end of February.

Is double or nothing fair for a one month extension? I believe the original bet was for almost a year. Now you've doubled your winnings in just one month, and want to double them again in another month. Sounds like Bill's turning into a loan shark!!!
Even if Hanover takes over the reigns of Citysquare, it creates another long delay. There is no way Hanover can make a smooth transistion to a project as complex as this one. It's going to be a while before we see any groundbreaking at Citysquare. I just wander how long Unum will stay patient.

Bill,
It's your call if you would like to extend it another month, either way is fine with me.
Have your sources shed any new light on the Hanover Sq. rumor? Inquiring minds would like to know.
