Is double or nothing fair for a one month extension? I believe the original bet was for almost a year. Now you've doubled your winnings in just one month, and want to double them again in another month. Sounds like Bill's turning into a loan shark!!!

Have your sources shed any new light on the Hanover Sq. rumor? Inquiring minds would like to know.
Even if Hanover takes over the reigns of Citysquare, it creates another long delay. There is no way Hanover can make a smooth transistion to a project as complex as this one. It's going to be a while before we see any groundbreaking at Citysquare. I just wander how long Unum will stay patient.
