Sorry I've been very busy lately at work and home. Yes it was double or nothing and was extended until the end of January.
If the Hanover rumor is true about them getting involved with CitySquare, IMO they will relocate to downtown. The prestige of a CitySquare address (or Hanover Square) would be too much for the powers to be at Hanover to pass up.
With the easy highway access at their Lincoln St. location, it will be fairly easy to market their present building even with the tough economy.
This would be a win-win-win for the city! The CitySquare project finally gets off the ground, two major employers relocate to downtown spurring other business just by the sheer numbers of their employees, and Worcester gets another business in the former Hanover site in rather short order for the reason I point out above.
