Drove by and noticed people were living in the house and decided to check to see what it sold for. I have built similar houses in the City of Worcester and wanted to see what the market looked like, but I could not find a sale. This surprised since I remember the whole initiative was for owner-occupancy as the deed stipulates from the City of Worcester after the RFP was awarded (Book 37717 page 59).
- How can you rent these units?
- Would that not be a violation of the terms of the sale?
In the future I really do not see how the City of Worcester will be able to enforce the terms of any LDA based on their track history.
