Worcester Mag

Last night Paul and I sat down with Tim O'Keefe from Worcester Mag to discuss the local blogging scene that will appear in next week's issue.     Ended up having a great time, thanks Tim.

Also met for a brief second, Nicole. another blogger.  God stuff-added it as a link.

Most will not beleive my position on this, but I do not fault the school system, the principal, or the teachers for most of the blame. BUT.......when the Red Sox, for example, cant finish above 4th place yr in and yr out guess who gets whacked?

The "product" these inner city schools are given to work with......to put it blunty is flawed.

If the roofer is hired to install new shingles and the underlying roof sheathing is rotted ot otherwise compromised guess what..........the roof still leaks............if the new shingle product is lacking .....guess what.....the roof will agian spring a leak.

NOW that being said, do I have otehr issues with Worc schools system.....Of Course.

Dont we have somewhat similar situation down in Central Falls, RI which has large immigrant population from central or south America

blog log, radioball.net, wormtowntaxi, and the 508 podcast really launched this scene and now it is soaring! The scope and breadth of Nicole's postings this year have been phenomenal and broadening the scope of you blog has worked out well too

Thanks for the link.

I will say that (personally) I agree with you about 5-10% of the time, but I always appreciate your perspective and I find your blog informative.
