Menino mad about downtown crossing

Another great story in the Herald about Menino how he is mad about the stalled development of the Downtown Crossing project and how he has threatened to take back the property via eminent domain.  Last week the City of Worcester can learn from their "Dirty Dozen" project now we don't need to go as far as eminent domain, but how about the enforcement of the terms of an Land Disposition Agreement (LDA)?
