I have to wonder what the selling price will be relative to what Berkley paid for the site 5 or 6 yrs ago. Has to short money.

Why would anyone build new when you can buy nice comm. prpoperty almost anywhere today for short money. The answer is not that Hanover is feeling philanthropic toward Worcester.

I also wonder how much (if any?) of their Lincoln St campus is vacant?

Puuuhleeeze, all-sew lettuce knot foregit that State Mutual gave us Plumley Village in the 1960's....possibly the first "non public" low income housing project in Worcester?? Did it clean up Laurel-Clayton area?.....for sure......did it also give us a densely built no-lo apt complex?.....for sure.

Let's hope thet CITY SQ II LLC ( (Hanovers subsidiary) get this done. WTAG reports there is no project timeline yet??

Hanover Theatre, Hanover Field, Hanover Sq....all w/in about 3 to 4 years......next up...

a. Hanover College, or does a Hanover coll. already exist?)

b. Hanover Blvd,
c. Hanover Airport,
d. Hanover Highway,
e. Hanover-Piedmont Science & Mathamatics Academy,
f. Hanover Empowerment Center?

"We are Closed for the holiday"

++++ing priceless.

I wonder if in keeping with Irish heritage, Piedmont Paulie is also closed for the holiday [g]

I heard Mcgoverns main squeeze wasnt too pleased with some of the comments and/or placards/signs along the parade route on Sundae. Could be a looong Easter break back here in the district for Elmer.
