Saw something on Channel 3 Worcester news last night about this occurring in response to a record 2011 for pedestrian fatalities in the City of Worcester.
Speakin' of fatalities.....you get yer lawyer letter yer Wild Will?......me neither.....was lookin' forward to giving my lawyer some fun work.....foony how these defrocked CYBER BULLIES always cry foul and then never do anything to prove their innocence......then again when you are a low level Worcester Housing Authority hack....how much can you really prove....
Tuesday it was closer to WPI. Had people pulled over all over the place. Think at least 5 cars. They had radar out as well - maybe about 1:30. The should do it more.
Lotsa hung over College kids crossing Park Ave at 800am?. Wonder if WPI had any hand in getting this sting set up. I know for sure that Clark will rat out people in their hood to the city.
So if murders are down in Worc and WPD takes credit for it....if pedestrian accidents are up whose fault is it? Lady Di?? OK OK the above said Park Ave can be a driving challege even if you know it well and I only drive it during non rush hour.
So next spring how many little leaguers will I see behaving like homeless people along PArk Ave, walking through the traffic at major intersections which of course is never deemed a pedestrian safety problem. Logic please?
Maybe Murrays $535 fine evidently wasnt enough for the public coffers thus the Park Ave fund raising traps? So I was wondering if Murray pays for the car that the state owns who ends up with the car.......does he maybe have an ulterior motive in overseeing its disposal? I am guessing the state may self insure for smaller amts of property damamge so there may be no Ins co. even involved?
I am thinking the school dept should snag it and place it at Doherty High School driveway next May?...and maybe one of Q's Patrick/Murray signs could be placed on its roof.......or..........one maybe of those Murray/Spellane bumper stickers I used to see all over Dennisport and South Yarmouth every summer....After prom season give it to former C. C'lor you know whose Nat'L Safety Council Driving School out at Salter Secretarial school Plaza in W Boylston.
If the school dept has no interest in it, maybe Steve Grossman will?.....or.......... After prom season give it to former C. C'lor you know whose Nat'L Safety Council Driving School out at Salter Secretarial school Plaza in W Boylston.
Lesson number 1 in politics...paint yourself as the victim , Lesson 2 ...Deny, Deny, Deny until you are 'defrocked'.
As you can see, Count already did lesson number 1 as per the open letter on Willy Wanker's blog. Lesson number 2 ...ongoing , except of course... you have all the evidence... Bill Clinton denied 'having sexual relations with that woman' until a blue dress was presented. John Edwards denied having sex with campaign staffer Rielle Hunter until along came Johnny in a baby carriage. You catch my drift? Sad part was he was given a chance to come clean and fess up and just move on with his life...

They do it all the time but it probably goes unoticed by most. They do in on Chestnut Street outside of Unum at least 6 times per year.

Budget cuts!!!
sTEVE PLEASE DONT GET ME STRATED ON THIS BALMY jANUARY friday afternoon...another Polar Dip for Paulie on this 45 degree weeekend :)
So should Tims car be put out to auction to the highest bidder (Grossman?) and proceeds go charity? :)
Jahn, the problem with the internet is that sarcasm doesn't convey well.
I don't for a second blame an increase in pedestrian accidents on budget cuts, but you can be sure the WPD would.
I agree, sometimes Hugh Moore or Sar Chasm can be miscontrued on the net.
Mi' apologies. Mea culpa. mY wayward blog will probably cost me 2 Hail Marys at 400pm this afternoon :)
Inlaws stuck at the worcester airport! 3 hour delay. These fools can't get anything right.
