Next Airport Commission Meeting
Although there is not listing on the City Clerk's Public Meeting Page, I believe that there is an Airport Commission Meeting next Monday at 6:30PM at the airport.

Why is it not listed on the City Clerk's Public Meeting page? How do I know that there is a meeting, other than through hear-say or reading this blog? I have called that office and they claim it's not their responsibility to post it, but that they would if the Airport Commission notified them. I don't understand. Is it just me, or does anyone else see the disconnect here?

City Clerk does a great job, but if nobody from the airport sends him an e-mail telling him about the board meeting how can he post??? To be honest, I have no idea if there is or is not a meeting next MOnday or not.
Maybe someone from the airport will read this and send an e-mail to the City Clerk... Only problem is that I think you need to give a 10 day notice, so it may be hard today to announce a meeting (Nov 9th) for a meeting 4 days from today (Nov 13).

Bill, can you send this request to the "A.L." in your next e-mail, if you have not done so previously--to adequately inform the public through the City Clerk of the intended agenda, meeting time and place, and any other pertinent information relative to Airport Commission meetings? At that point, Mr. Rushford would have the needed information to post.
