With the NO vote on question 1 we sent a clear message to the state house. That we all feel we are not paying enough taxes, and the state is a well managed entity. Complain all you want it is simply TOO RISKY not to raise the gas taxes.

Anyone hoping that Deval takes a job real soooooon in the Obama administration?

Radio reports this evening that tolls are going up on the pike effective in March and that toll increase assumes a 19 cent increase in gas tax per gallon...so i guess if no toll increase then it will 29 cents per gallon...??

Look on the bright side. The more expensive it gets to go to Logan, people will choose ORH.

I have been saying for five years that the City of Worcester needs to get out of the airport business. It is the only way we will ever succeed.

RFP the entire airport!!!! They never did it, but we got a buyer MassPort. Who knows maybe MassPort would have been the best option. Guess we will never know...

Nothing we can do about that now and I am truly excited to get these guys in here. Now that they have a vested interest in the place, we are going to kick some a---

Tim,

Worcester Area Pilots Association has a meeting/pizza meeting with new Airport Director Andy Davis next Wednesday March 4th. They also have an online survey if you can't attend.
