Another hugs ad in the Telegram from JetBlue advertising flights out of Logan.. Nothing from Allegiant??? JetBlue would not be advertising in our catchment area unless they have alot of people buying tickets from here.
Again anyone please comment here to any Allegiant advertising that you have seen of late.

I would like to see an agressive pitch to get Jet Blue into Worcester.
Jet Blue is becoming a repected carrier and having them at ORH would turn the heads of other airlines towards our airport.
As a long time fan of ORH since my days at WPI in the 1980s (thanks Bill for starting this forum!) and one who frequently travels on business, I couldn't agree more. JetBlue to NYC would be a "tipping point" type of development. Why not just take the remaining grant dollars and use it as a package to recruit/incent JetBlue to start service here? I'm not an expert on the operating costs to get a couple flights a day up and running, but certainly a couple hundred thousand dollars would help make it work...
and what about JetBlue to Dulles, a route I actually took from ORH back in the late 1980s on United Express? (On a BAe 146 I recall)
Interesting piece in the Globe today about (a lack of) competition on the Dulles route now that flyi is toast. Apparently it's now the top destination for Boston travelers:
