d. <<<<<<.....thumping my hairy Neaderthal chest........I have questioned multiple times on here if Berkley had the financing in place........3 years they been at this and they either aint got the financing or had it and lost it.........this is very difficult for me to fathom......3 years now and Berkley doesnt definitively know how they're going to finance this...........do these guys need to go and take a Wade C(r)ook seminar.....real estate investing 101??
FWIW, i do want to see this come to fruition........
If they aint got the financing or inadequate financing and they need to save money/cut costs............I wonder if they'll try and take this thing non-union which would cut costs & cause Tim Murray to go ballistic
