In light of the dioceses mortal sin against Preservation Worc and against teh demolition delay ordinace ( blees you bishop but you've committed the cardinal sin here), I am going to suggest a blog top 10 list........of the most endangered items (things, persons, ideas, etc) in the City of Worc...............kinda "Jahn Letterman" like.
I suggest THE most endangered thing is city councilors who actually reperesnt the taxpayers best interests and therefore Preservation Worc should immediatley invoke their powers to a immediately allow the complete razing of 8 or 9 city councilors careers.
Sorry Paulie, bartenders who do not know how to pour a mug of Guiness will not be considered endangered. Likewise for u Harry....Coney Island and Hot Dog Annies will not be considrered [g]
I shall be the judge..............the decision of the judge is final.
ya know me cahonnes are dragging this evening.........i got to ask..........just who is responsible for clearing teh 10 ft wide grass & sidewalk area of Ice storm debris............me if they are my trees..........and if they are city trees.........whose dime is the clean up on for city trees..................well today it was on my dime....and my back feels it
you know every day i drive by a house that has a huge city tree butt that is maybe 3 ft in diamteer and maybe 12 ft long laying almsot horizontally across the sidewalk.....all uprooted too.....since Dec 11th......now i ask you...............just how important is it that sidewalks are cleared of snow & ice w/in 12 hrs after a storm or is it 10 hrs?........yet city hasnt removed this huge tree now in 4 months and there's a school about 300 yards away too...once again ..teh citys motto is do as I say not as I do
BTW did the city get premission from Preservation Worc to screw lag bolts through the brick facade of the old, historic fire alarm building opposite Elm Park.....thereby destroying some of the architectural integrity of the structure and soon the structural integrity will be destroyed once the leaning brick wall racks the entire struature.
So today s/b interesting at weston toll plaza's. Marathoers leaving boston and everyone else who is on the road for what is a long weekend for state and minicpal gub'mint 'ees. Oddly enough the fed''s gubmint'ees do work today.or at least one that I know of does.
Should heads roll at Masspike if we have a repeat of last Sundae?? e.g. Alan LeBull++++vitch
And speaking of lines i do have to go to registry soon to git my motorcycle on the road.......and all i ever hear on the radio from RMV honcho is how short the wait is yet I have never experienced anything less than 40 mins.........plus I have to sit with some pajama people when waiting, too
