Martha Coakley was the district attorney who threatened to prosecute me for a stopping payment on a check after she had already convicted the guy who stole my checkbook wrote the check to Wal-Mart. She's not getting my vote.

Hey Martha, how's that position of yours FOR allowing more than 3 unrelated people to occupy a dwelling unit and NOT NOT NOT having teh dwelling unit demmed a Lodging house by the city of Worc's zoning ordinace. Your position was that the City is acting illegally in limiting a dwelling unit to not more than 3 unrelated people?

I wonder how those Worc Landlords are making out who are suing the city on this very issue?

For those who r confused, teh Worc zoning ordinace basiclayy says that if 4 unrelated people ( e.g. 4 college kids) occupy an apt (or a house) that b/c they are unrealted to each other the unit ( or house) is technically deemd a lodging house under the Worc zoning ord. and as such requires specail licensing from the city and lodginbg houses are alos prohibited in many Worc. zoning districts. The fine for violating the city zoning ord is $300 per day.
