need someone to do the math on this size building and see what they save in real estate taxes... save 25% on vechicle insurance by parking trucks in Auburn..
The new building is 300,000 square feet. As I understand it, Auburn agreed to go back to a single rate over 3 years. This year was step one. I am really sad to see Polar go. It has been kept under wraps for a while.
