Mohegan Sun has had the Palmer plan in place for over 7 years ... even so much as having an office in the center of Palmer with the blueprints of the casino and the ability of the citizens of the area to have access to the management of Mohegan Sun...should they get their casino in Palmer...they earned it...they did everything right...reached out to the community, got buy in , good corporate citizen, etc ...

Harry, you forgot the one thing that they had no control over that happened to be done right........that opened the doors to all kinds of opportunity.
i.e. a.k.a. winning the gene pool by being born native American :)
