Joe is a pain in the arse Bill....he complains about everything.....the project looks to be a good one to be quite honest with you...Joe Lynch is WooTowns Wm Breault..not the broad support you would think cause we hear so much from him...he has been a thorn to my busy who owns the Olde Magoun Salooon that I tok you to for lunch.
MAX property has been a shite hole for years...nuevo green line extention going right by it..ending at a property my family owns on Boston Avenue...may be taken by eminent domain-we do not know just yet.
The real issue here is that condos are being built in Somerville right now at market rates while in WooTown all we hear being built is projects by the likes of our numerous CDC's.......
