On Ground Hog's Day, we meet at Maxwell's to pay off all debts.
David, I assume an "official" ground breaking entails a few Caterpillar 350 grapples ripping into the structures.........a.k.a. demo work commences the same day as the so called GB'ing.
Once again ........do they have a demo-dawg lined up and permits pulled??? Unlikely The likes of an F&D aint going to be doing work of this scale.

Also david, as you're in the know on this deal...........was one of the problems the union labor and if so how was it roconciled??
