Delta last month sold fellow regional subsidiary Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) for $450 million to St. George, Utah-based SkyWest. According to different stories that I have heard ASA was quite happy with their ORH-Chicago route but pulled out because of corporate (Delta) decisions.
Maybe we should put them on our target list??

ASA did not serce Chicago O'Hare from ORH they served Atlanta Hartsfield
thanks for the correction. I am pretty sure, however, that the ASA route from ORH had good loads.
yes it did...they cancelled the service due to lack of profitability because of lower fares
at least they know that there is a market here. maybe if we utilize some of the monies from the DOT grant and keep their oveheard donw, they would consider a ORH-Chicago route?
Worth checking out.
