Business Question

Assume you were hired as a consultant to analyze a business and their losses the past 4 years were as follows:

2005 -1,920,586
2004 -2,288,131
2003 -2,378,854
2002 -1,938,700

This fiscal year (2006) which ends at the end of June is on target for another $2,000,000 loss. Would you recommend continuing the current management structure? (numbers above from page 19 of IMG Final Report).

Pete:

You must have read the April minutes on http://www.flyorh.com since they have not been put on the City's official website as of yet.

If you look at past board meeting minutes, check out June/2005 minutes. Whatever happened to Miami Air or the cruise line???
Whatever happened to DJ Air???

Pete, sorry but I have no idea. Maybe the May minutes, which we get next month, will have something.
