August Minutes for a 3rd Time

We have paid IMG approximately $100,000 to help us recruit commercial air service, after we paid them $100,000 for their study. You can not find any information on the status of how IMG is doing in their recruitment efforts?? I find it hard to believe again this information escapes the board meeting minutes and makes one wonder if there are not some violations of the Massachusetts Open Meeting Laws occuring.
