I was interested to see the difference between Rockford (RFD) and Worcester (ORH).

The first thing you notice about RFD is the diversity and abundance of information provided:
-mixture of private charters, leisure airlines, and major commercial service.
-coffee shop, lounge, curbside assistance ,and customer service counter.
-free parking, local attractions listed, frequently asked questions section, airport facts, view and listen to radio/tv commercials.-
-section on lease development for growth of airport, run by port authority, lists and shows w/ photos organizational structure.

Increase in cargo operations.

Also two FBO's on field, avionics, aircraft maintenance.
Went to the airnav link found on the blogs and links icon of the flyorh blog and plugged in RFD. Looks like they have longer runways than ORH.
Viewed the FBO comments section. After viewing 49 comments--all were positive for both FBO's.

Looks like they're firing on all cylinders at RFD.

Not much information found at ORH.
Went to the general aviation section. Info ok. Was surprised to learn that Swissport, after you click on details in the fueling section, handled 984,780 tons of cargo. Maybe cargo could be a building block that turns ORH around.

Looks like RFD would be a good example to follow.
