February 9th at 5:30PM at the South Worcester Neighborhood Center (SWNIC) there will be a public meeting on the 73,500 EPA Grant that is being given to SWNIC to clean up the old City Builders site. Keep in mind since SWNIC is a non-profit, they do not have to pay these monies back.
I am submitting one question:
I would like you to get in writing from the EPA that if this land is later sold to a for profit entity, within the next 5 years, will the grant become payable?
