Nice job by Andy Davis keeping the airport in the news. Check out today's Telegram. He has brought more press to ORH in 6 months then the prior Airport Director during his entire tenure. The more press--the better for ORH.
On a side note my mother flew Direct Air to Myrtle Beach Sunday. She had the Virgin plane, said the flight was perfect as well as the service. Most importantly she did not think there was one empty seat!!!

Good article, nice to see anything positive for ORH. I hope to see some West Palm service this fall. I visit my pops their and we both could benefit if it happens.
Also, I am glad to hear the Nolafest went well. I had to work all day Saturday but it sounds like a great event.
I just read today T&G (7-14).sawea piece about a temporary pouring license for Whitinsville Golf Course. Git me to wondering.......do we have adult beverages being poured this summer at GreenHill GC.
Myself I enjoyed a 12 oz beverage and about 1/2 of a tube of Pringles chips on the tee next to the clubhouse up there whilst observing the 22 min ( per 4rilla) fireworks display. While tehre i was thinking what a nice venue to enjoy a pop on a deck attached to the clubhouse (which deck I dont think even exists??) overlooking the course.
Bill, do you dig divots up there and are we serving adult beverages up there or not...???. I think I read earlier this year something about the bids to operate the clubhouse and a problem with bidders not knowing if they'll have a license or not .and therefore being hesitant to lay out $$$$$$$ for such a venture?
Florida flights out of ORH 85-90% full on average. Heard ORH is Direct Air's best city this summer. Direct is leasing larger planes. Stay tuned for announcements in the fall.
