Sewer Back Up Insurance

Although this is not my expertise, I have heard many people on the radio say to get flood insurance and a sewer back will then be covered. I know for a fact it will not.. I m 99% sure you need to specifically require sewer backup insurance.

Now lets assume there is a history of backups in your neighborhood, I find it highly unlikely an insurance company would allow you to purchase it.

Speaking of backed up things in Worcester

Whats up w/the new CVS at May & Park....still not opened? Those places usually go up and then open up as fast as Moose trampled weeds on Mason St.

Where are we on Police Dept. PAyroll Gate..........1st anniv is fast approaching......no councilors wanna rock the WPD boat b4 teh election??

Also where are we on Redact-gate as I think Wormie calls it?

For 2nd time in days.....where's Berkelys Demo permit stand?

The site of the Blackstone Valley Visitor center (that oddly enough will not be located in the Canal District) is overgrown w/weeds. Meanwhile Wally World has teh hammer down on their project. BVVC Status please.

Airport name change to Boston Metro and ownership change to Massport???

Gary??...Kate?? Konnie???

Thanx

Last time I saw Bill Wallace from the Historical Museum (BVVC), he was sighing about the stock market and how that affected the big plans...

Good maybe they'll have to downsize it and think about a new lovation........again.....if we going to have a BV Canal District then BVVC s/b there + it's way to get tourists to C.D. who might not otherwise go there and who knows maybe they'll have a meal and a brewski while they are there, too (assuming they see Chevalier funriture Building NOLO's chiollin in the new camal district?).

I fail to understand the merit s of it's current proposedd location..but ..maybe brighter minds than mine know why it has to go next a railroad and interstate highway thoroughfare...........gee i am wonderiong we got any excess space on Union station that has the needed sq footage???
