Ironically one day after the latest ribbon cutting, here is a picture to the entrance of the South Worcester Industrial Park after some 2 million, maybe even 3 million was spent on infrastructure improvements such as lowering the bridge, sidewalks and the road itself. Although flooding has always been a problem in this spot, evidently it was not addressed.

Is the Standard Foundry project underwater before the wrecking grapple/ball even hits it?
Anyone catch Womag's comment re: what they (Womag) are reading into Mr Phil (Snowjob) Palmieri)? Womag says re: Mr P's comments and I am quoting Womag (not Mr P.)...Womag says:
"Mr Palmieri's is that the space is inderutilized"
So underutilization of Mid Towm Mall is now a City Of worcester issue?
If this what Mr P's message is.....dare I ask if either Mr. P (and Womag) has observed underutilization of other real estate in Worc....to wit:
a. empty downtown storefronts
b. Union Station Garage
c. Pharmasphere site
d Mason St site (Inst. Linens)
e. The 3 decker rental market
f. Cambrige Hacker NO/LO condos.
My point is where does the city (or Mr P) get off being overly concerened about Mid town malls underutilization?
