I agree w/Wormies position re: $350,000 per apt at teh old Paino factory building at Main & May Sts. For $350,000 you can buy a beautiful existing garrison colonial.
Maybe Worc Common Ground (a NSRA memeber??) can provide a detailed cost listing to the curious amongst us.
Please keep in mind that the people who fund this waste (Washington DC and the likes of Jim McGovern) are the same ones who are going to cut your health care costs. ALso the same ones who said "Together We Can"......we being Tobey Taxes and Deval..........Hope & Change.
