May Street Sewer Substation

Remember this old picture on the right of the above ground sewer line, over private property, from the Common Ground property to Main Street.

I decided to see where these pipes were coming from today.   Here are some photos from today of the substation that pumps sewerage through the line.  Remember the fall-out from the guy who built a tree house in his back yard.  Maybe he would have been better off building a sewerage substation.  Nobody would have bothered him.

Didnt we have tree house Nazi city councilor a few years back by the name of Duane Criffon??

What are those white box like structures that are almost the size of a small overseas shipping container? I assume they're part of the sewerage substations?

Any Ninja turtles living in that sewer line?

Again i ask why is the pipe line covered with an orange material? Insulation? A Hazard warning?

Are permits req'd for temporary structures/equipment that is actually on their property?

Have they lost a few precious parking spaces to this equipment?

Wonder where the money came from for this? This equipment probably isnt cheap, purchased or rented.

A candidate for the Dirty Dozen?

When you see this kind of thing going on, can you really blame anyone for not getting a permit to erect a 3' x 3' sign?

I assume that's Bab's district?

You're kidding me, right? What's all that orange stuff? Why doesn't the property owner complain? Must be a story there...
