Wow, let's hope they this place opened up again as oonas possible.
Did anyone cathc Clive this morning re The Mayo Group that owns the Bancrofts Commons. He was taking themn to task for violating asbestos removal laws.
Does anyone recall a few years ago the City of Worc (school dept?) did the exact same thing re: asbestos removal and only got a slap on the wrist. These private companies will pay through the nose for this violation.
It would be a perfect location for market rate housing.
Of course, in addition to the market rate housing, I would put a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods Market on the ground floor.
