Earlier in the week (busy week), Tom Bona sent me an e-mail that Kenny Tours was now official and that Rockford was now flying to Myrtle Beach. Not even thinking, I assumed it had to be Myrtle Beach Direct Airlines, but after finally looking at the article it is Southern Skyways.

Southern Skyways instead of Myrtle Beach Direct Air was at least a mild surprise as far as the carrier but no surprise that the route was reestablished.
I believe there is still going to be some sort of formal announcement on the Kenny Tours Ireland charters but it too is all systems go. From what I have seen its Rockford, Lansing, Mid America/Belleville, and Niagra Falls with Columbus and Harrisburg PA waiting in the wings.
In Tom Bona's article, Mike Dunn states that there could be two additional carriers in addition to Southern Skyways and the Ireland charters. Will be interesting to see who that is if/when the deals are finalized.
