- Privatizing ORH (don't just talk to MassPort only. Nationwide RFP to other airport authorities, airlines and airport mgmt companies like National Express and AvPorts)
- Privatizing Green Hill Golf Course
- Privatizing the 5 (might be 4) municipal parking garages
By privatization I mean the long-term lease or outright sale of these city assets. We do the same exact thing with the Centrum, why do we not do the same for these other under performing city assets?

I knew Jahn would come through with additional ideas. Some of yours would need state approval and are not city issues.
The point is we just came up with what I consider 5-7 viable ways for the City of Worcester to save a good chunk of money. Versus passing on registration fees for absentee landlords, increasing rubbish fees, etc it would be refreshing to see cost savings ideas to be discussed as a way to close the budget deficit.
